The Architectural Review application process ensures compliance with the community design standards specified in the handbook. The City of Columbus defines zoning standards. As an example, a two car garage may have a driveway only up to 20′ in width. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to meet compliance with the Columbus Building and Zoning Department.
