Village Pride

Drive down any street in the community and you will see homeowners hard at work on exterior improvement and maintenance projects.  Since January 23, 2020, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has processed 46 Request to Review applications.  Those projects include: house and fence painting, landscape renovation, NEW pergolas, gazebos, decks, fences, play units, replacement windows, front entry and garage doors, pools, and driveways.

Thank you for doing your part to continue to make The Village at Thornapple the Jewel of the West Side.

Spring Community Garage Sale – Cancelled

Although the county health department has just released COVID-19 guidelines for public events, we have decided to err on the side of caution and cancel the Spring Garage Sale which was scheduled for Friday, June 12  and Saturday, June 13.
We hope to announce a late Summer or Fall Garage Sale and will keep you posted.

If you elect to have your own garage sale, please refer to the health department guidelines.

Continue to stay healthy and safe!
